Clear ground rules. Tini is operated by Hendrik De Winne. These terms cover the Tini app, public web pages, guest RSVPs and its planning, discovery and messaging features. Contact hendrik@vibelab.be with questions. Using Tini You can browse public plans, organizer pages and public username profiles without an account. You can RSVP on the web by entering your name; private events require a valid invitation link. Guest names are self-declared and do not establish a verified account or identity. The iOS app provides account features including event creation, profile management, a personal agenda, saved plans, RSVP visibility, invitations, date polls, connections and messaging. The browser companion does not provide event creation or account management. Keep your account secure, provide accurate information, and use only an identity you are entitled to use. You must be able to agree to these terms under the laws that apply to you, involving a parent or guardian where required. Follow each event’s age and entry requirements. Community rules - Treat people with respect. No harassment, bullying, threats, hate, stalking, impersonation or repeated unwanted contact. - No illegal content or activity, exploitation, sexual content involving minors, or material that promotes violence. Do not post pornography or non-consensual intimate images. - No scams, spam, deceptive listings or attempts to bypass blocks, privacy controls or message limits. - Share only content you have the rights and permission to use. Do not expose another person’s private address, contact details, photos or messages without appropriate permission. - Respect organizers, venues, accessibility needs and other guests. Do not organize unsafe or unlawful activities. Your events and content You keep your rights in what you create. You give Hendrik De Winne permission to store, process and display that content as needed to provide Tini and show it to the audience you select. Only upload content you are authorized to share. A public event is visible to people browsing Tini. A private event is available to the host, account invitees and existing participants, and to anyone holding a valid invitation access link. Keep private invitation links within the audience you intend. Your username profile page and the profile information you choose to publish can be viewed on the web. People who receive content may still save or share it outside Tini. Hosts are responsible for accurate event information, permissions, venue arrangements and changes. A Tini RSVP is an expression of attendance, not a ticket, contract with a venue, or guarantee that a person will attend. For external listings, organizer booking or registration remains separate. Messages and boundaries Use messaging to make real plans respectfully. A first message to a nonfriend is limited until they reply or accept a friendship. Do not create new accounts to continue contacting someone who blocked you. Messages are private to their participants in the app, but are not end-to-end encrypted. Reports and enforcement Use the in-app report and block actions, or contact hendrik@vibelab.be, if something breaks these rules. Reports are submitted to the operator for review. Some event, profile and message text is rejected automatically when it matches an operator-configured blocked phrase. This text filter cannot understand every context and does not inspect images. Contact hendrik@vibelab.be if you believe a rejection is mistaken. The operator may remove content, restrict access or suspend accounts after reviewing abuse, safety concerns or unlawful activity. For a concern about an action on your account or content, contact hendrik@vibelab.be and explain the circumstances. We do not promise that a report has been reviewed merely because it was submitted. External services and availability Apple, map services, event organizers and linked websites have their own terms and privacy practices. Tini does not control an external organizer’s ticketing, pricing, cancellation or refund decisions. Features and listings may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. These terms do not exclude rights or protections you have under applicable consumer law. Leaving Tini You can stop using Tini at any time and request account deletion by emailing hendrik@vibelab.be, or use You → Settings → Delete account when the in-app flow is available. The privacy policy explains what deletion removes and the limits of backup and third-party retention.
